Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or washed
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)
Return Process

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after successful return verification.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability. Please contact our support team to request an exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images as proof for quick resolution.
